The property owner wanted to reduce operating electricity costs, but traditional solar panels would have disrupted the carefully designed hospitality atmosphere. The project needed meaningful solar capacity on a moderate roof area.

Lumina Slate Pro was integrated as the primary roof surface, creating a dark minimalist roof that supports the building's eco-friendly positioning while preserving the exterior appearance.
Architectural Outcome
The reference uses a dark Lumina Slate roof surface and valley detailing to support the small hospitality property’s architectural identity without adding visible rack-mounted hardware.
