Project Overview
One of the most prestigious ultra-luxury residential areas in Hangzhou. This grand European classical estate required a maximum-capacity solar system that preserved the chateau's timeless, aristocratic aesthetic.
Project Challenge
The Jiuxi Rose Garden is one of the most prestigious ultra-luxury residential areas. This estate features a grand European classical design with stone facades, Roman columns, and intricate archways. The owner required a massive solar energy system to power the large estate but absolutely refused to install standard blue solar panels that would ruin the chateau's timeless, aristocratic aesthetic.
Sunlit Solution
We specified the Lumina Slate (Pro+) series. Its deep, matte-black finish perfectly mimics high-end natural slate, providing a striking yet elegant contrast to the beige stone facade. By utilizing the expansive multi-hip roof area, we seamlessly integrated a massive 15 kW system edge-to-edge, silently generating an estimated 15,000 kWh annually.
Architectural Outcome
The matte dark roof finish forms a deliberate contrast with the estate’s beige stone facade, Roman columns, and multi-hip roofline while retaining the visual language of natural slate.
